Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling: 👉🏻 To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. 👉🏻 Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service booked. No-Show Policy: 👉🏻 If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service booked. Weather Conditions: 👉🏻 In the event of inclement weather, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time that works for you. Satisfaction Guarantee: 👉🏻 Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address any concerns.
